Avram Grant has replaced Titus Bramble here at On The Bench as our favourite figure of fun. I recently said that the Chelski manager looked a bit like Toad off Wind in the Willows but I have also been reliably informed that the Israeli bears a striking resemblance to Sam The Eagle off the Muppets. As you can see, its something which is hard to argue with

No, I reckon you should get back to bagging Tightarse Bramble as he is one of the worst defenders I have ever seen and I cannot believe that he is still in the Premier League. I remember that it was his error against Deportivo La Coruna in the play-off that cost Newcastle a place in the U.E.F.A. Cup a couple of seasons back and he couldn't defend himself from sun-burn let alone opposition strikers.
